We do not provide hair washing for any of our services. Please have your hair washed, with no products when we arrive.

YOGA & CHAMPAGNE
TNCB YOGA Class
Our private Yoga Class consists of a 45-minute choice of Vinyasa, Yin or Restorative yoga catered to your group by our certified instructor Liz. Beginners to advanced students are all welcome.

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with fluid movement. Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body. Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
